Product Characteristics
1. Excellent adhesion on abrasive cloth, ceramics,sandpaper,fiberglass, circuit board and so on.
2. Heat-resistant; Can work under the temperature of 160ºC-200ºC.
3. Good toughness; can bear the thermal shock and stress impact under the temperature of -30ºC-140ºC.
4.Good Impermeability and doesn't flow during the curing process.
5. Small expansion coefficient
6. especially suitable for high-temperature adhesion and stress mutation demanding applications.
4.Using method
1. Preheating: Preheat for the Single component epoxy glue for about 1 hour in 50~60°c before the production start.
2. Hardening: After the production assemble of flap disc finished, put the finished assemble flap disc into the oven in about 130°C for 2~3 hours to be hardening.
3. The before mentioned preheating & hardening data is what we suggest. These data can be changed according to specific situation.
5. Storage
This product should be stored in dry place under low temperature. If stored in refrigerator, please use the product after it rebound to the temperature around 25ºC.
The shelf life is one year below the temperature of 5ºC.
